At John Marshall & Son we offer the finest quality Scotch beef, sourced from local farms.

Our craft butchers can prepare any cut you require as well as offering traditional roasts, aged steaks, kitchen ready stir frys and hand pressed burgers.

FILLET STEAK

Dry aged to perfection this delicate cut melts in the mouth whilst being packed with flavour

SIRLOIN STEAK

Thick cut aged sirloin steaks ideal for a cast iron griddle

RUMP/ POPESEYE 

This hind section cut is one of our most popular sellers, tender and robust due to the well worked muscle structure

SILVERSIDE 

Adjacent to the rump this cut with fat cap makes a delicious roast for any day of the week, self basting and only needing salt and pepper

TOPSIDE

Our topside cut gives perfect slices, versatile for a roast or to cure and prepare as corned or pastrami beef

STEWING STEAK

This hearty cut has thick marbling and suits slow cook dishes such as stews or casseroles, our chuck steaks come sliced or diced

MINCED BEEF

We only use our dry aged Scottish beef to make mince which we supply with varying fat contents, also features in our hand pressed burgers

STIRFRY BEEF

A delicious lean protein thinly sliced into strips, perfect for flash frying in stir frys. Our kitchen ready range boasts a variety of flavour options

Our own recipe Cajun seasoning with paprika, white pepper and garlic.

Yes we offer a delivery service in a 20 mile radius twice per week, please contact the shop by phone or by email to arrange. We will be expanding to national store to door delivery in the coming weeks.

We accept all major credit and debit cards over the phone or we can invoice your through PayPal or GooglePay.
