This is why we buy our produce directly from local farmers where the animals have led happy lives and fed natural diets, not pumped with nasty steroids and antibiotics.
It’s true when people say that you eat with your eyes, when you walk into our store the range of FRESH products are far greater and better quality than you will find in any supermarket. We only purchase top quality produce! Buying from local farmers also ensures a shorter shelf life, animal is humanely slaughtered, properly butchered, stored and zero waste honouring the life of the animal. You will not find any vibrantly red steaks gassed with carbon monoxide or chicken pumped with water in our store.
We at John Marshall and son are proud to only support Scottish farmers and display full traceability of our produce on sale. Displaying the farm, farmer, breed and purchase date in store. All our beef is hung for at least 28 days to ensure the most delicious tender of cuts.

Today I had my 1st Jan steak pie. Usually I would make my own but this year decided to predoder after being highly recommended. Oh my!! I preordered 2 stew and sausage pies and they did not disappoint!! I think this may be a new "tradiditon" ha! I will be having this more often and will be travelling from East Kilbride for the pleasure. 👌🏴
Just had the burgers with cheese in them . omg they were absolutely beautiful. .. well done guys and girls.
